Speaker Level Audio Switches

Speaker level switches can turn speakers on and off, but not change the volume. There are manual speaker switches, automatic (when signal is detected) switches, and IR controlled switches. Some speaker switches also match impedance so the multiple speakers on at one time will not harm the amplifier.

Automatic A/B Speaker Selector

Automatic speaker level audio switch.
Switches one stereo pair of speakers between two amplifiers.
Compatible with amplifiers up to 600 watts per channel.
Includes a 12VDC power supply.
The AUTO1 version switches when line level audio is sensed with adjustable signal level and turn off delay.
The AUTO3 version switches when a video signal is sensed with adjustable turn off delay.
Available in in-wall (2 gang plate) and standalone chassis box versions.

Automatically Switch Between Local and Whole House Stereos

The ABW enables safe switching between two amplifiers automatically. The ABW passes through amplifier A when amplifier B is off. When amplifier B turns on, its signal takes precedence and is routed to the speakers.

Ideal for bedroom and den installations where a single pair of in-wall speakers is used by both the local and whole house stereo systems.
