To avoid a re-stocking fee, all products must be returned in their original, resellable condition. Conditions that cause the product to not be immediately restockable will result in a restocking fee, based on the invoice price of the item, as follows:
If, due to our error, an RMA is issued beyond the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period, a restocking fee of 20% per month over will apply when the item is received. |

WarrantyMerchandise is sold with the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranties are provided for the end consumer's use only. If warranty repair is required, either HomeTech, the reseller, or the end user may forward the merchandise to the manufacturer. For merchandise returned to HomeTech for warranty repair, HomeTech may elect to replace the merchandise, procure a replacement, or return the merchandise to the manufacturer for repair.If service is required under this warranty:
This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than HomeTech. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All ReturnsAll returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. This number must be written on all correspondence and on the outside of all cartons being returned.Please include your name and a short description of the reason for return, description of the problem, and whether the return is for warranty repair or credit. |

Return FreightShipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to HomeTech, for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by HomeTech. |
Cancelled MerchandiseIt is a customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged an additional $15.00 charge plus the shipping charges, plus the restocking charges. |
