Delivery

Shipping
We ship UPS, FedEx, and Priority Mail. UPS and FedEx orders in before 5PM EST (2PM PST) weekdays will ship that day! Shipping charges are calculated based on item weights, packaging, and shipping method.

Will Call
Customers may purchase and/or pick-up merchandise at the will-call counter in the rear of our showroom between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. weekdays, and between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Saturdays. Will call orders will be held for a maximum of one week after placing the order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All products except books, videos, training courses, and partial spools of wire, cable, and raceway have a 30 day money back guarantee (excluding shipping charges).

To return a product for credit:

  1. Call HomeTech at 888-257-4406 for an RMA.
  2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label.
  3. Return defective unit, postage or freight prepaid to:

  5. We are not responsible for shipping loss or damage. Units to be returned should be packed carefully.

To avoid a re-stocking fee, all products must be returned in their original, resellable condition. Conditions that cause the product to not be immediately restockable will result in a restocking fee, based on the invoice price of the item, as follows:

  • Product not in a clean, like-new condition: -20%
  • Original product packaging missing, damaged, or marked up in any way: -25%
  • Warranty card missing: -10%
  • Manuals or documentation missing or not in pristene condition: -10%
  • Missing or incorrect power supply: -20%
  • Accessories damaged or missing: Varies, -10% min.
  • Product not received by us within 30 days of the date of invoice: -20%
  • Missing RMA number, out of date RMA, or no RMA: No refund issued. (RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.)

If, due to our error, an RMA is issued beyond the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period, a restocking fee of 20% per month over will apply when the item is received.

Warranty

Merchandise is sold with the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranties are provided for the end consumer's use only. If warranty repair is required, either HomeTech, the reseller, or the end user may forward the merchandise to the manufacturer. For merchandise returned to HomeTech for warranty repair, HomeTech may elect to replace the merchandise, procure a replacement, or return the merchandise to the manufacturer for repair.

If service is required under this warranty:

This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than HomeTech. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. This number must be written on all correspondence and on the outside of all cartons being returned.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Return Freight

Cancelled Merchandise

It is a customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged an additional $15.00 charge plus the shipping charges, plus the restocking charges.
