X-10 Dual Floodlight Motion Detector |
|
- Sensitivity Adjustment
- Time-Delay From 6 Sec to 30 Minutes
- Floodlights Respond To Remote On/Off Commands
- 120V, 300W Max Floodlight
- 110° by 40 Foot Coverage
| | As the days get shorter, the need for outdoor security increases. A burglar or violent person can use the darkness to hide undetected as they sneak up on someone in your family or break into your home.
The Outdoor Motion Monitor can turn on up to 8 different devices inside/outside your home so you'll not only scare off intruders with light, but notify people inside your home that something or someone is lurking outside.
In addition to turning on dual floodlights when the detector picks up motion, the Outdoor Motion Monitor can turn on up to four X10 modules in or around your home based on motion. It also includes a light sensor which can turn up to four additional X10 modules at dusk and off again at dawn. Security and convenience applications for this product are endless. Activate indoor or outdoor lighting, or sound the Remote Chime to alert you when someone approaches.
The Outdoor Motion Monitor is completely weatherproof and can be used with incandescent or halogen bulbs rated for 150W. The floodlights can also be turned on manually from an X10 transmitter. When it is turned on manually, the floodlights stay on and the motion detection is temporarily disabled until the floodlights are turned off from an X10 transmitter.
Gray. Bulbs not included.

Hawkeye II Motion Sensor |
| What's New with the Hawkeye II Motion Sensor?
- You can easily disable the dawn/dusk feature so it will work 24 hours/day! No need to cover photo-cell with black tape.
- It has adjustable time delay! You can set the delay from 1 minute to 255 minutes! Now you can have the flexibility to have your lights, appliances, or even Macros turn off just 60 seconds after you leave the room (The old version had only 1 setting of 6 minutes)
| | Works any time in dark or light. Now you can have your lights turn on when you enter the
room. Magic? No, it's the new Hawkeye II Motion Sensor working with any X10
Wireless Transceiver (including ActiveHome) or X10 security system to provide you the
comfort of never tripping into a dark room again.
The Hawkeye II Motion Sensor sends wireless Radio
Frequency (RF) signals to an X10 Transceiver or any X10 security
system base receiver. The Transceiver receives the signals from the
Motion Sensor and passes them onto your house wiring.
These signals are then received by X10 lamp, appliance, or wall
switch modules to control lights (or appliances) around the home.
If you set the Hawkeye II Motion Sensor to a unique code (Housecode
A and Unit Code 1), then walk into the room where the Hawkeye II
Motion Sensor is located, a lamp module set to "A1" will turn on. As long as you keep moving,
the light will stay on, and when you stop moving, the light turns off after the amount of time you
select.
The signals transmitted onto your house wiring can also be received by the CM11A two-way
Computer Interface (included with ActiveHome) to initiate macros. The CM11A then
performs a sequence of events that you've set it up to do.
Normally the Hawkeye II Motion Sensor will turn on an X10 module set to its code, however
when used with the CM11A 2-way Computer Interface (ActiveHome) the Hawkeye II Motion
Sensor becomes much more powerful. Instead of turning on a module set to A1, you can set
A1 to initiate a macro that performs a sequence of events. For example you enter the room,
the table lamp can turn on and dim to 70%, and the stereo can turn off 30 minutes later.
Built in photocell works like a watchful eye and will turn lights on and off at dusk and sunrise.
This will save you energy as it only detects motion in the dark.
Features: Up to 20' ft range. Motion Sensor is 2.5 x 2.5 inches. (it's small so you can place
them almost anywhere!)
