The SC-822 K is a Dual Voice Coil Single Point Stereo 8" round 2-way In-Ceiling Loudspeaker, sold in eaches.
This is a stereo speaker. It has four terminals, plus and minus for left and plus and minus for right. The woofer is driven by both channels while each tweeter is driven by its own channel. Thus this speaker reproduces both channels so that none of the music is lost! Use a single-point stereo speaker for rooms that are too small for a pair of speakers, such as a bathroom.
The strength of Kevlar helps the cone retain its shape at very high energy levels and its low mass assures quick, accurate response. The cone's woven surface delivers smooth, uncolored mids. The kapton voice coil former and butyl rubber surround mean these woofers are designed for years of consistent, reliable audio enjoyments.
