The ELK-M1KP2 is a low profile, addressable LCD Keypad for the M1 family of Cross Platform Controls. It features a 32 character blue/white backlighted display,blue lighted keys, 4 programmable function keys, along with the ELK menu navigation keys. It may also be recess 'flush' mounted using with a separately purchased back box kit (ELK-M1BBK2). The M1KP2 is compatible with 'external' 26 bit Wiegand compatible proximity readers, allowing cards or fobs to be used for arming,disarming, or limited door strike control, etc.

The ELK-M1XEP is an Ethernet Device Server with a RS-232 Serial Port Interface.It may be used to connect a Control in the M1 Family to an Ethernet network using TCP-IP protocol for programming, remote control and monitoring. It features asecure embedded web server, with a user interface built on a Java applet, and email event notification. A software setup utility is built into ElkRP (version 1.5.0 or later) for configuring the connection setup, network password, etc. The M1XEP is factory defaulted to obtain a dynamic IP address from a DHCP server (i.e. Ethernet switch, cable modem, etc.), however it may also be setup with a static IP address.

Adds 16 hardwired zones (EOL resistor supervised) to the M1 Gold or M1EZ8 Controls. Operates from 4-wire data bus. Up to 12 of these can be used, increasing total zones (inputs) to 208.

The ELK-M1XRF2G is a Wireless (RF) Receiver and Input Expander for use with theELK-M1 and ELK-M1EZ8 Controls. The receiver connects to the four (4) wire data (keypad) bus of the control and integrates in much the same way as a M1XIN hardware zone expander except that a single M1XRF can handle up to 144 wireless zones(e.g. transmitter sensors or points).

The ELK-M1EZ8MSI Main Serial Port Interface allows direct RS-232 Serial Communications to an M1EZ8 Control for Upload/Download programming, and for interfacingwith other Computer type devices. Also required when adding the M1XEP Ethernet Port to an M1EZ8 Control. The speed of this port is software selectable from 300to 115,200 baud.

Small, economical, arm/disarm station for M1 Controls which fits into single gang box and utilizes a standard decorator style faceplate (not included). Particularly well suited for partitioned jobs such as an office, workshop, garage, etc., but can also be used as the main keypad for any installation. Displays basic system status with 3 LEDs: Green 'Ready', Yellow 'Trouble', and Red 'Armed'. The 12 button keypad is backlit with blue LEDs and has quick arm keys for "EXIT" and"STAY". Operates from 4-wire data bus. Up to 12 outputexpanders may be used for a total of 208 outputs. Option: Convert 8 voltage outputs to relays using M1RB Relay Board.

This is a 3 in 1 product for additional serial ports and for integration withlighting systems and thermostats. Jumpers on the M1XSP select the appropriate application, connection, and protocol. Best of all, the M1XSP operates from the 4-wire (RS-485) M1 Keypad data bus, allowing RS-232 ports to be located long distances from the control. The M1 Gold and M1EZ8 support up to 7 M1XSPs. The communications baud rate is adjustable from 300 to 38,400 baud. The unit comes complete with cable and a black surface mountable housing.

Monitor high or low temperatures with this add-on remote sensor. Connects to any main zone on the M1 Gold (1-16) or M1EZ8 (1-8). Range is -50 to +140F. Applications include: freeze monitoring, second homes, agricultural uses, etc. Temperature may be accessed from keypad, telephone remote control, or rules.

ElkRM PC Edition Remote Management software runs as an executable program on virtually any personal computer or Pocket PC running the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. It provides a powerful graphic user interface to an M1 or EZ8 system. It allows the control of many aspects of the M1 or EZ8 system including security, lighting, climate, tasks, outputs, etc. ElkRM Remote Management software can connect to the control through an Ethernet network or direct through the control's main serial port (serial connection should not exceed 50 ft.). Multiple connectionscan be established through the Ethernet network, while connection through the control's main serial port allows only a single connection. Ethernet connectivityrequires the ELK-M1XEP Ethernet Interface to be installed and properly configured on the system.

IMPORTANT: ElkRM does not currentlysupport SSL (encrypted) secure connections. As such, ElkRM cannot be used outside the local network without opening (port forwarding) the non-secure, unencrypted port. Connecting to ElkRM outside the local network using the non-secure portis STRONGLY DISCOURAGED, due to the obvious security issue this presents.
