If you have DSL, and you have a security system that connects to the same line, then you need this filter.
Can anyone install this filter?
If your alarm system connects to the phone line through an 'RJ31X' jack (looks like a standard phone jack, only a bit bigger), then you can install this filter. Click, click, and you're done!
If you don't have an RJ31X jack, you'll have to get your security company to install one first.
What if this doesn't fix my problem?
We sell hundreds of these filters a week and the vast majority of buyers are completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are not, you can call for an RMA within 30 days, return the filter, and receive a full refund (except shipping.)
Why is our part number slightly different?
Pulse's (Excelsus's) part number is too long for our computer! That's all.
Don't forget to test your security system after installation!
The ZA431P DSL alarm filter provides protection from signals that can interfere with both your alarm system and your DSL! Your DSL will continue working even when the alarm system needs to dial out and vice versa.
