These products are for racks. For other Cable Management items such as wraps, clips, straps, and clamps, see our huge Wire Management section.
Horizontal Cable Managers often go on the front of a rack that has a lot of network cables attached to it. The cable managers mount in between routers, switches, patch panels, etc. They have "rings" with openings that let you route the Cat5 or Cat6 cables cleanly to and from the dives, and usually over to the side of the rack where they go up or down to other devices or into the floor or ceiling.
Lacing Bars
are horizontal bars that are often attached to the rear rails of a rack. They provide convenient attachment points when routing cables up, down, and across. Reusable straps are often used to hold the cables in place. (See
Wire Management
.)
Lacing Strips
Are vertical bars that are often attached inside the rear of a rack. They also have slots that are convenient to use with reusable straps to hold cables in place.
Grommets & Strips
protect cables as they enter and leave the cabinet.
