Description

Use DC Blockers on coax cables to allow the RF signal to pass while stopping any DC component, such as IR signalling or power for an upstream amplifier, from getting to your tuner.

The VBCHR is a High Frequency version. it supports frequencies up to 3 GHz, has an insertion loss0.1dB and a return loss-22 dB.

Features

Used when IR commands are being sent on coax containing RF signals.
Prevents a connected TV, VCR, etc. from shorting IR control signals on a coax system using XtraLink 172s, etc.
A special 3GHz version is available for satellite applications.
