This is a weatherproof low-voltage box made out of thick heavy-duty plastic. The front (cover) piece hinges onto the back piece at the top, but is completely removable. You would screw the back piece to the wall, then screw your splitter(s), etc onto the back. There are some predetermined hole locations but you can easily make your own with a drill and small bit. Use small self-tapping screws. They will hold to the plastic if installed properly.
There is room inside for up to a four-way RF splitter such as our DSU4 or HS4. Or you can mount a small punchdown block like our Suttle A66B63 6x6 connecting block.
There are areas at the bottom and on the back for cable egress.
Note that you don't have to put the screws in the front at all if you don't want to. Just snap the cover on. Or you can add a lock.
