Description
eXtreme® Cat 6A, Quickport connector, Component-rated
Leviton's eXtreme CAT 6A Connectors exceed all
component performance requirements in the ratified
TIA-568-B.2-10 standard for Augmented Category 6
from 1 MHz to 500 MHz to support the IEEE 802.3an
standard for 10GBASE-T network performance. Each
CAT 6A connector is designed to be used with Leviton
QuickPort® compatible products and features Leviton's
patented Cone of Silence™ to mitigate the adverse
effects of alien crosstalk (AXT). Every CAT 6A connector
includes Leviton's patented Retention Force Technology®
(RFT) to promote consistent performance over the life
of the system. Pair Separation Towers (PST) designed
specifically for CAT 6A cable facilitate quick, easy terminations.
The connector is configured in a 180 degree
configuration so the punch down field is in the back,
allowing for rear terminations.
