Installation Instructions

The 600 Watt UPB� Dimmer Switch works as a stand-alone dimmer or may be used with Room Controllers, House Controllers, or automation controllers. These switches use heavy duty components like 30 amp triacs and UPB� communication technology for professional strength reliability.

UPB You may change the function of this dimming switch to be non-dimming (or back to dimming) using the HAI UPB� UPStart configuration software after the switch has been installed.

This switch comes with a default white paddle, connectors, and instructions.

Switch Color Change Kits (HAI Part Number 35A14-color code) are available in White (WH), Almond (AL), Black (BL), Ivory (IV), Brown (BR), and Grey (GR) colors.

The 600 Watt UPB� Non-Dimming Switch works as a stand-alone switch or may be used with Room Controllers, House Controllers, or automation controllers. These switches use heavy duty components like 30 amp triacs and UPB� communication technology for professional strength reliability.

Model UMI is a plug-in module designed to identify and transmit the status of low voltage inputs and contact closures, and to control the operation of low-power actuators based on digital commands received over the powerline.
