The 900A blocks DSL service to the alarm panel while providing uninterrupted DSL service to the household telephone wiring. This inline filter is designed to plug into a RJ31X jack, including other similar jacks up to RJ38X.
This filter is a direct replacement for the Z-A431PJ31X filter shown below. Save $5 with this "generic" equivalent.

Please read before calling:
Do you need this filter?
If you have DSL, and you have a security system that connects to the same line, then you need this filter.
Can anyone install this filter?
If your alarm system connects to the phone line through an "RJ31X" jack (looks like a standard phone jack, only a bit bigger), then you can install this filter. Click, click, and you're done!
If you don't have an RJ31X jack, you'll have to get your security company to install one first.
What if this doesn't fix my problem?
We sell hundreds of these filters a week and the vast majority of buyers are completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are not, you can call for an RMA within 30 days, return the filter, and receive a full refund (except shipping.)
Why is our part number slightly different?
Excelsus's part number is too long for our computer! That's all.
Don't forget to test your security system after installation!
