Specialized Signal CombinersThis page contains various RF signal combiners used in video distribution systems. To be honest, we don't really know why so many folks use these things, but ever since we put up some of the Tru-Spec products and the search engines indexed that name, people have been calling and asking for these two items. Apparently many cable companies used these boxes in their installations. Also, apparently, some of these boxes just naturally "wear out" or break after many years of use. We figured anything that lasts a couple of decades and costs under $25 can't be all bad. So here they are. |

The SC3 and SC4 are high quality six-stage bandpass/bandstop filters with adjustable balancing attenuators enabling the user to combine a locally originated channel 3 or 4 into an existing home RF distribution system containing adjacent channels.
Note that the SC3 and SC4 do not amplify the channel 3/4 signal. Use with multiple TVs will likely require a separate RF amplifier. | |||||||||||||||||
